"with honor" :) it's a latin honor... congrats bro.
3.0 - 3.49 is usually "cum laude", which is kinda like "upper second class honors"
3.5 above is usually "magna cum laude"
3.8-.4.0/5.0 (depending on your school) would be "summa cum laude" :)

I did 4.0 in the main studies and the electives I was not so hot on...
I guess I missed my focus on the lectives...
